Paul’s Pasta Shop was opened by Paul and Dorothy Fidrych in 1988 by utilizing their culinary degrees, extensive work experience on the Connecticut Shoreline, and a passion for fresh cooking and warm customer service. Their vision was to create a restaurant where you can expect a well-prepared meal, consistently using fresh pasta and quality ingredients. Paul’s has not only grown to represent that vision but has also become a staple of the community and beloved dining option by multiple generations.
When they were ready to embrace a well-earned retirement, Paul & Dorothy sought out TyMark Restaurant Group to continue the Paul’s Pasta legacy. With the owner’s of both companies united on the importance of tradition and supporting and embracing their team members, TyMark became the proud owner’s of Paul’s Pasta in 2023. They strive to continue the legacy Paul & Dorothy built through so many years by keeping Paul’s a local favorite where guests are greeted by warm familiar faces and served delicious, house-made pasta dishes.
